My account was suspended — how do I appeal?

Appealing a suspended account

Accounts are suspended when our automated checks (or a manual review) flag activity that violates our Terms of Service. Common reasons:

  • Duplicate accounts
  • Spammy inquiries / reviews
  • Payment disputes
  • Suspicious login locations

How to appeal

  1. Open a support ticket.
  2. Subject: include your account email + the date of suspension.
  3. Description: explain why you believe the suspension is incorrect, and provide any context (e.g. you logged in from a new device while travelling).
  4. We aim to review every appeal within one business day.

If you have a wedding scheduled within 30 days, mark the ticket as Urgent in the subject.
