Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made through Ewedd360. It is provided alongside, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003 of Sri Lanka.
1. Vendor subscriptions
Vendor subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan features remain active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.
2. Bookings between couples and vendors
Ewedd360 is a marketplace and is not a party to bookings made between a couple and a vendor. Payments, deposits, cancellations and refunds for wedding services are governed by the individual vendor's own terms, agreed directly between you and the vendor. Please confirm a vendor's cancellation and refund terms before paying them.
3. How to request a refund
For platform payments billed by Ewedd360, email info@ewedd360.com with your account email and the payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy affects any non-waivable rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer-protection law.
