Genuine reviews

Reviews come from real interactions. We do not permit fake, incentivised or retaliatory reviews, and we remove content that breaches our Terms.

Keep communication on the platform

Where possible, keep your inquiries and conversations on Ewedd360. It helps us support you if anything goes wrong and keeps a record of your discussions.

Safe payments

Platform payments are processed by licensed payment providers over secure connections. Be cautious of anyone asking you to pay outside agreed channels or to share card details by message — we will never ask for your password.

Protect your account

Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication. Never share your login details. Sign out on shared devices.

Tips for couples

• Review portfolios, packages and reviews before booking.
• Confirm pricing, what's included, and the vendor's cancellation/refund terms in writing.
• Be wary of deals that seem too good to be true or pressure to pay immediately.
