At Ewedd360, your safety and confidence matter. Here is how we work to keep the marketplace trustworthy for couples and vendors — and how you can help.
Vendor verification
Vendors create and publish their own profiles, which appear on the marketplace once completed. Our team reviews listings and, where a vendor submits supporting business details, awards a "Verified" badge — so a Verified badge means we have checked that vendor's documents, while an unbadged vendor has not yet completed verification. You can filter for verified vendors, and we monitor listings on an ongoing basis and remove any that breach our Terms.
Genuine reviews
Reviews are written by registered couples on the platform. We do not permit fake, incentivised or retaliatory reviews: we monitor reviews, act on reports, and remove content that breaches our Terms. Always read a range of reviews alongside a vendor's portfolio and packages before booking.
Keep communication on the platform
Where possible, keep your inquiries and conversations on Ewedd360. It helps us support you if anything goes wrong and keeps a record of your discussions.
Safe payments
Platform payments are processed by licensed payment providers over secure connections. Be cautious of anyone asking you to pay outside agreed channels or to share card details by message — we will never ask for your password.
Protect your account
Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication. Never share your login details. Sign out on shared devices.
Tips for couples
- Review portfolios, packages and reviews before booking.
- Confirm pricing, what's included, and the vendor's cancellation/refund terms in writing.
- Be wary of deals that seem too good to be true or pressure to pay immediately.
Reporting a concern
If you see a suspicious listing, message or review, or experience anything that doesn't feel right, please report it to us at info@ewedd360.com. Serious matters may be referred to the relevant Sri Lankan authorities.
