Requesting a refund

Subscription refunds (vendors)

Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked.

Booking deposit refunds (couples)

Depends on vendor's cancellation policy (shown on their profile).

  1. Open the booking from Couple → Bookings
  2. Click Request refund — provide the reason
  3. We notify the vendor — they have 3 days to respond
  4. If approved, refund processed via PayHere within 5-7 business days back to original payment method

Disputes go to support for resolution. Contact us if a vendor is unresponsive.
