Reporting issues

We take trust + safety seriously. If you encounter:

Fake reviews

• Vendor / couple wrote a review they shouldn't have (e.g. didn't book)
• Spammy or copy-pasted reviews
• Reviews that mention other vendors negatively

→ Click Report on the review.

Suspicious vendor profile

• Stock photos used as portfolio
• Vague business details
• Aggressive pricing tactics
• Off-platform payment requests ("pay me on WhatsApp")

→ Click Report this business at the bottom of the vendor page.

Harassment in chat

• Inappropriate messages from a vendor
• Spam

→ Click Report in the chat window.

What happens next

• Reports go to admin within minutes
• We review within 24 hours
• Confirmed violations → account suspension
• You're notified of the outcome
